- Supervision of the kitchen staff, front of house staff, delivery team.
- Responsible for planning the day’s work and the weekly duty roster for his branch and manage the personnel of the branch.
- Inventory control and accounting for daily sales to the account officer and generating relevant reports.
- Manager is responsible for the sales targets and Customer service operations of the branch to ensure customer satisfaction.
PREFERRED SKILLS, ATTITUDES, EXPERIENCE: Affable, sales oriented, customer centric, proven leadership quality, understanding of the hospitality and service industry. Experience and understanding of food safety regulation is a must have.
