* Requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in a similar managerial role. * Experience should preferably be gained in a fast-paced restaurant environment. * A Degree or Certificate in Hospitality Management is considered advantageous. * A Degree or Certificate in Business Administration or Restaurant/Hotel Management is also considered advantageous. * A Degree or Certificate in Culinary Arts is advantageous, provided it is accompanied by Front-of-House (FOH) experience. * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams and strong training and coaching abilities. * Proven understanding of floor management, labor control, and guest flow optimization.

* Must be proficient in operating and managing Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
* Competence in cash handling, managing POS transactions, and performing reconciliation/cash-outs.
* Ability to ensure accurate stock control, especially at the pool bar, including precise daily counts of beverages, garnishes, disposables, and glassware.
* Must possess the technical knowledge to enforce and ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
* Ability to maintain and ensure compliance with local laws, food handling certifications, and alcohol service regulations.
