We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Junior Chef to assist in food preparation and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking meals under the supervision of senior chefs


• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and food items as directed


• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen


• Ensure proper storage of food and kitchen supplies


• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations


• Assist with plating and presentation of meals


• Monitor kitchen stock and report shortages


• Support other kitchen staff during busy periods
