Description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead and manage all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The Executive Chef must be passionate about food, leadership, and delivering excellent dining experiences.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Plan menus and develop new recipes
- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations
- Coordinate kitchen activities to ensure timely meal service
- Reduce food waste and improve kitchen efficiency
- Handle customer feedback regarding food quality
