Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Control Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a resturant environment or have previously handled resturant stock and inventory management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor and manage stock levels of food, drinks, and supplies

* Record daily stock movements and prepare inventory reports

* Ensure proper storage and stock rotation procedures

* Counduct regular stock taking and reconcile discrepancies

* Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and procurement teams

* Reduce wastage and prevent stock losses
