Sales Assistant Information
· To undertake over the telephone sales activities which includes but not limited to placing outbound cold calls and/or receiving inbound calls.
· Make outbound calls to prospective customers and strive to achieve daily/ Monthly targets.
· Explaining and promoting products to individuals and prospective businesses.
· Researching and identifying leads, keep and maintain updates records of prospective customers.
· Sourcing leads by campaigns via the telephone, emails, social media and other electronic mediums.
· Identify prospects, customers, and referral sources and develop/maintain relationships to ensure attainment of company business goals. Support efforts to consistently grow the base of referral sources.
· Maintain the mail lists and keep both the prospect and customer lists up to date.
