The Executive will serve as an expert identifying client’s needs for strategy and instructional design business opportunities such as instructor-led training, webinars, and synchronous/ asynchronous eLearning, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience selling learning and development solutions to clients and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities by prospecting and building relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct needs assessments and propose customized learning solutions that meet the client's specific needs and objectives.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our learning and development services and events offerings to decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Be knowledgeable about the various products and services we offer
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals to ensure successful implementation of services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and opportunities in our CRM system.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitive offerings and provide feedback to the internal team to help shape our product and service offerings.
- Collaborate with the business development and client success management teams to create proposals, contracts etc
