Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Location: Applicant must reside within Roman Ridge or its environs.
Minimum of 2 years of Sales Experience: You must have a proven track record in sales with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Educational Qualification: A degree in any field is required. Sales or business-related degrees are a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and the sales team.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and motivated to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Adaptability: Able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work closely with colleagues to achieve collective goals.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.

Description
Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients with access to green energy, to recruit a Sales Consultant for immediate employment for 1-month. The Office will be located in Roman Ridge.
NB: This is a 1-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities: As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Expertise: Utilize your extensive sales experience to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
