Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the Northern Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing regional sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy in line with company objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or complaints.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support regional campaigns and logistics.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and regional business forums.
Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performance teams.
Strong understanding of the Northern Region’s market dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
