Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting and selling our electrical products and engineered solutions, including control panels, transformers, switchgear, and related systems. This role requires a blend of strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and excellent relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate should be able to fully understand customer requirements, provide accurate product recommendations, and deliver solutions that align with both technical needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and introducing new product developments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Prepare and present persuasive technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and submit competitive quotations, follow up on proposals, and manage client accounts end-to-end.
- Plan sales strategies, monitor progress, and maintain robust reporting systems.
- Analyze sales performance, prepare periodic sales reports, and forecast future sales targets based on market trends.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications, development timelines, and deliveries are met.
- Provide clients with technical guidance, including product demonstrations, application support, and training.
- Contribute to the design of custom solutions and control panel configurations based on specific customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological developments.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and technical trainings to enhance expertise.
- Share market feedback with internal teams to support product improvement and strategy development.
