We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good customer relationship abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients


• Promote and sell insurance products and services


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships


• Explain policy benefits and coverage to clients


• Meet monthly and yearly sales targets


• Follow up on leads and client inquiries


• Prepare and submit sales reports


• Assist clients with policy renewals and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum of SHS certificate, Diploma, or Degree


• Previous sales experience is an advantage


• Good communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets


• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is a plus
