Experience and Qualifications Diploma/HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years practical field sales experience in industrial products, hardware, steel, construction materials, or fasteners. Strong communication, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of industrial hardware applications and customer requirements. Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and identify business opportunities. Valid driver's license is an added advantage.

Technical Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of industrial fasteners including bolts, nuts, washers, screws, anchors, and threaded rods.


2. Ability to explain product specifications, grades, sizes, coatings, and industrial applications.


3. Knowledge of load capacity, corrosion resistance, and material suitability for various applications.


4. Proficiency in preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and managing sales orders.


5. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems effectively.


6. Understanding of inventory management, logistics coordination, and sales reporting.
