Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, building materials, kitchenware, aluminium products, or stationery. Experience in B2B and B2C sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. Experience conducting customer visits, developing new accounts, and managing distributors or business clients. Experience with payment follow-ups, customer account management, and coordinating product deliveries with warehouse/logistics teams.

• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition, and business development strategies.


• Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, sales reports, and maintain accurate customer records.


• Good understanding of tiles, kitchenware, aluminium cookware, and stationery products.


• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.


• Ability to monitor customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and support debt collection.


• Knowledge of market research, competitor analysis, product promotion, and sales reporting.
