Sales Executive Information
The Sales and Marketing Executive will be in charge of Sales, Marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities of residential facilities in order to achieve profitable sales according to agreed budget with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure high level of company’s products visibility through advertising and other sales promotion projects
- Ensure that all client acquisition objectives are met.
- Conduct effective market analysis to inform Senior Management for policy guidance.
- Manage media activities for positive publicity of company, ad placements and public relations related issues.
- Develop an effective strategic marketing plan for driving the sales of company products and services.
- Manage customer experience processes of clients.
- Periodic – monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting to management of company sales and other real estate market developments.
- Find buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and who are willing to pay acceptable prices and follow up on payments.
- Arrange to meet clients to close sales.
- Acquire and effectively communicate responses to client questions.
