A growing food processing company is looking for an Export Sales Executive who will be responsible for overseeing and organizing their international distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing strategy, achieving planned goals and coordinating with our marketing department. You will also be responsible for overseeing the activities and performance of customers by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales goals, and facilitating ongoing training for distributors.
• Manage the sales of the organization by developing a business plan that covers sales, income and expense control.
• Achieve planned sales targets.
• Set individual sales targets with distributors.
• Track sales targets and report results if necessary.
• Oversee the activities and performance of distributors.
• Coordinate with marketing.
• Continuously train distributors.
• Develop your customers through motivation, advice and product knowledge.
• Promote organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to the products.
