VACANCY
A reputable manufacturing company located on the Spintex Road, Accra is seeking to recruit suitably qualified person for the position of:
SALES EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATION
1st Degree in Marketing or Professional Qualification in Marketing or any other suitable qualification with at least 4 years work experience in a manufacturing Sector.
Duties include but not limited to the following:
- Ability to meet sales target
- Ability to negotiate effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Demonstration of competence in networking, target marketing of specific prospect and advance selling skills along with the ability to maintain self-discipline
- Ability to think analytically
- Knowledge of MS Office and advance networking
- Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, monitoring team members
- Ability to identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities , recommending profit and service improvements
- Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
- Prepares report by collating, analyzing and summarizing information.
