Job Summary
To acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationship for targets markets to ensure the delivery of quality banking productss.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business via sales promotion and in-branch contacts
- Act as main point of contact between customers, assigned market segment in the branch
- Develop and nurture relationship with the clients assigned to ensure that the strategy and business objectives of the Branch are achieved
- Work together with Sales staff to follow up on new accounts and establish relationships quickly
- To ensure adherence to branch service standards
- To manage/recommend workflow changes, where appropriate, for greater efficiency
- Suggest products feature and benefits changes to promote sales
- Assist in the achievement of strategic, financial and other objectives of the Branch
- Ensure compliance with AML bank procedures, policies and controls
- Provide guidance and advice to customers on credit issues
- Process loan application
