Summary of Duties

The successful candidates shall among other duties be responsible for:

• Initiating & implementing the strategic Marketing Policies for the company within set company goals.


• Maintaining and developing the customer focus of the business.


• Liaising with Marketing Communication Consultants in ensuring that the marketing ideals of the company are achieved.


• Co-ordinating and supervising all activities of the department


• Conducting market and product surveys.


• Ensuring that set sales Target are met


• Managing sales and marketing executive through training andperformance management

QUALIFICATION

• A good first degree with four years relevant experience in Marketing in similar Industry. At least 5-10 years experience in marketing with at least 4 years in a sales and marketing managerial capacity.


• Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills


• Must be computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)


• Perform with minimum supervision, and have a flexible attitude to work


• Be results oriented and meet set targets


• Able to deliver excellent performance.
