Our client, a forward thinking reputable real estate development company with a strong desire to transform and elevate African real estate is looking to add a Sales Manager to its team.
The ideal candidate MUST be a born leader with strong negotiation skills. They must possess an ability to close deals, lead a cohesive sales team and achieve organizational objectives on a consistent basis. Your ultimate responsibility is to drive sales and increase the company’s bottomline.
Role Description and Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager, your role is client facing which requires you to demonstrate and communicate the mission and vision of the company.
The specific responsibilities include:
- Contacting prospects and prioritizing daily to achieve appointments and meet targets.
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth.
- Self-motivated and building effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Managing a sales team and providing leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals to increase revenue.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Working Experience and Education Requirements:
In order to qualify for this role, you must have excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. You should also have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing.
- Previous working experience in a similar environment.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Experience selling in a faced paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A strategic thinker with proven ability of results.
