Job Summary
The Regional Sales and Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales and distribution unit. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all the sales processes and make recommendations to senior management. We expect you to have deep know-how in sales and distribution for the FMCG industry and the ability direct teams toward optimum performance.
Job Description
1. Develop the Sales and Distribution framework.
2. Provide Operational Insight and Recommendations
3. Undertake Market Study and Reporting
4. Develop Distribution Plans and Strategic Initiatives
5. Monitor and Direct Sales Executives on Tasks
6. Coordinate Internal Resources and Activities
7. Schedule local field trips for research and Information Gathering purposes.
8. Meet with account executives to discuss the Management’s Requirements
9. Work closely with Emerge to gain insight into marketing plans and impact on Product Distribution
10. Ability to know how and when to communicate with everyone on the Sales & Distribution team.
11. Ability to always remain transparent and account for all Sales and Distribution-related costs within budget.
12. Excellent Communication Leadership and Team Management skills.
