Job Summary
The Laminate Sales Export Manager is responsible for driving the growth of laminate product sales in international markets. This role involves developing and implementing export strategies, managing relationships with overseas clients and distributors, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the laminate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Development and Strategy:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve growth targets and expand the company’s presence in international markets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients in target regions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in international markets.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through proactive management of the export sales pipeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to international clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients and distributors to maximize profitability and secure long-term contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to international clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and certificates of origin.
- Stay updated on changes in export laws and regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities in international markets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market developments for senior management.
- Use data and insights to recommend improvements to export sales strategies and tactics.
Job Requirement
