Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development or account management. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Experience managing multiple sales channels, preferably across specialty retail, hospitality, corporate and direct-to-consumer markets. Experience in premium consumer goods, specialty food, beverage, confectionery or artisanal products will be an advantage. Experience representing a brand at trade shows, food festivals, industry events or client-facing business development activities, with willingness to travel when required.

• Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies, including wholesale, retail, corporate and direct-to-consumer channels.


• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales pipeline management and sales performance reporting.


• Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, sales pitching, negotiation and closing.


• Ability to develop and implement multi-channel sales and go-to-market strategies.


• Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, pipeline health and revenue performance.


• Ability to develop and manage key accounts, distributors, retailers, hospitality clients and corporate customers.
