The successful candidate shall be the first point of contact for customers. He/she will be responsible for managing active and inactive base of assigned customers to achieve set targets. The role reports to the Commercial Performance Manager.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for managing new and existing product within assigned target base.
- Drive customer activity and loyalty and churn reduction for the Organization.
- Deliver unmatched customer experience for the Organization.
- Responsible for generating insights and reports regarding product developments.
