Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients in the IT industry to recruit an Ent. Sales Account Manager for its operations in Ghana. The Company will be located in Accra.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
As a Client Manager, the individual will be responsible for creating client value through understanding the business requirements and outputs of your client portfolio of accounts through having differentiated conversations and understanding their business pains through the solution selling sales process to meet your defined financial performance and create value for both the client and the company. The primary objective is to achieve your sales targets (drive revenue) through the effective product penetration and wallet share strategies.
Be aware of and accountable for the coordination of all client engagements and interactions by the associated virtual account team.
Develop a client centric communication plan, providing regular client feedback and ensuring the client(s) continuous buy in under business as usual, project and escalation modes of operation (condition of satisfaction).
Recommend and positively influence, direct and implement changes to optimise organisational processes, systems, policies and procedures.
Drive revenue through the management of his/her account portfolio in a systematic way by identifying the strategy they will use to maintain, develop and grow the accounts profitably through an agreed (client) account plan.
Coordinate activities within each account in alignment with the overall Enterprise Segment and account strategy.
Take ownership of a range of accounts representing different market and industry segments, advocate client requirements whilst increasing revenue & margins
