Sales Manager Information
1.Cluster Manager is responsible driving sales to achieve targets under his area
2.Handling multiple stores –Smooth and effective functioning of stores by meeting the assigned targets.
3.Build a co-operative workforce team in each store and manage the daily operations across multiple stores
4.Responsible for complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures -100% compliance on SOP in all stores.
5.Ensure Prices are updated on the floor, Clear communication to the store team, ensure reports are sent on time.
6.Ensure availability of products/Control shrinkage
7.Store merchandising, Cleaning, Hygiene, ensure the display of best sellers.
8.Track competition closely (Range, Pricing, offers, Promotion) and suggests necessary action to retail manager to ensure that our store remain ahead of the completion all the time.
9.Execution of all promotion, offers as planned with zero tolerance.
10.Reviews each category on daily basis and take corrective action
11.Track and analyze sales on a daily basis and take necessary actions immediately to ensure performance is as per plan.
12.Responsible for the quality of the customer experience that the store delivers (Staff Product knowledge, Training of staff, constant assessment &monitoring of staff product knowledge, conduct ROLE PLAYS continuously with store staff on a daily basis
13.Staff incentive policy Implementation-Ensure every employee is aware and is motivated, to achieve targets and earn incentives
14.Ensure high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service
15.Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
15.Additional cluster manager duties as needed
