Insight HR Solutions is mandated by one of its clients to recruit a Mobile Customer Service Representative for immediate employment. The office will be located in Accra.
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing excellent customer service in selling the Company’s products and services
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service, for gaming customers
- Promote and sell gaming products within the Company Group, specifically.
- Proper stewardship of company’s funds and assets, including effective cash handling and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of the company
Ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements under which we operate for the various services, including:
- Betting Gaming & Lotteries Act
- Anti-money laundering Regulations / Proceeds of Crime Act
Contacts (liaises with)
Internal
- Staff at the Regional Office: In person, on a daily basis in the carrying out of the location’s operations.
- Staff within the Group: In person, by telephone or in writing, as required, to obtain relevant information or work on specific issues/projects/initiatives.
External
- Customers: In person or by telephone as required, to improve customer experience and productivity.
- Regulatory authorities & auditors: As required to ensure compliance to external regulations and policies.
