Description
Our client a service provider is seeking interested and qualified persons to assist with the operations of the company as a SALES REPRESENTATIVE.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing sales deals. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
He or she will perform the following duties as well:
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phone calls and engage clients on behalf of the company.
- Ensure smooth booking of rental orders for clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure smooth running of the company.
- Ensure items leave and return at the stipulated time in good conditions.
- Respond to enquiries on the company’s social media platforms, email and marketing the company on social media.
- Present, promote products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Present products and services to potential customers in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Close sales deals and achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
