JOB SUMMARY:

Our client, a leading brand in the beauty and cosmetics industry, is seeking a passionate, presentable, and customer-focused Female Sales Associate to join their team at the Dzorwulu branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our range of beauty products, and achieving sales targets.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

            •           Engage walk-in customers with a warm and professional approach

            •           Recommend and demonstrate suitable products based on customer needs

            •           Confidently close sales and upsell related products to meet and exceed targets

            •           Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business

            •           Keep the store organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked

            •           Handle POS transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records

            •           Stay up to date with Zaron product offerings, new arrivals, and promotions

            •           Respond to customer questions, feedback, and complaints politely and promptly

            •           Track personal sales goals and contribute to team performance

            •           Assist with stocktaking, restocking, and store cleanliness
