Job Purpose
The Automobile Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of the company’s fleet of vehicles to individuals, corporate organizations, and government institutions. The role requires strong knowledge of the automobile industry, proven sales experience, and the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s fleet of vehicles to private customers, corporate organizations, and government agencies.
- Actively source new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and scheduled visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers in government institutions and corporate entities.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives for prospective clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and pricing in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with procurement procedures, especially for government and institutional sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry-related events.
