					Technical Requirements
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Nestlé products.
 - Promote new products, promotions, and discounts effectively.
 - Negotiate prices within company guidelines and close deals.
 - Plan daily routes to cover all customers in a timely and efficient manner.
 - Ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate records of all
 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
 - Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
 - Educate customers on product benefits and in-store merchandising best practices.
 - Monitor competitor activities and report pricing, promotions, and market trends.
 - Ensure stock levels are adequate at retail outlets.
 - Monitor stock rotation (FIFO) to prevent expiry and product damage.
 - Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure correct orders are dispatched.
 - Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
 - Keep accurate records of sales, collections, and customer visits.
 - Use handheld devices or mobile apps (if provided) for sales tracking.
