JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products, identifying potential customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving targets and expanding market reach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Promote company products to ensure high visibility and availability in key outlets.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend promotional activities, trade fairs, and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and client interactions.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
