ROLE PROFILE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business growth across the assigned region by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and business owners.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Grow market share across all verticals within the assigned region.
- Identify, manage, and develop new and existing business opportunities.
- Nurture and strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Lead new product launches within the market.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and manage a robust client portfolio.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, proposals, and sales activities.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage customer expectations effectively.
