Description
Our client now seeks result driven Sales Officer to work with in Tema.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
- Generate potential leads and mop up orders with the existing customers.
- Conduct sales and achieve weekly, monthly and yearly targets assigned.
- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.
- Prepare market visit reports and timely.
- Generate lead and diverts them to the reporting heads.
- Updating the policy of company to distributors.
- Develop and maintain a cordial relationship with the customer or distributor.
- Attends to customer queries, problems and reports immediately.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration on the related field are a must.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience including demonstrated track record of field sales.
- Demonstrate competencies in business development, negotiation, sales or marketing experience.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and other necessary computer tools proficiency is a must.
- Must possess excellent salesman skills.
