Sales Representative Information
To acquire, new accounts of all client categories Small, medium, corporate and private clients, This responsibility must be discharged in a professional manner to achieve a high degree of client satisfaction and project a positive image of the Bank. The overall target of a New Business officer is to achieve account opening target every month.
1. Sales and Service
Implement effective demand acquisition plan.
Determine clients’ needs and propose most appropriate products and services to meet such needs in other to get them on board
Cross sell to existing clients
Create and follow up on pipeline
Provide professional advice and information to business clients on loans, deposits, transactions and investments.
Keep abreast with (changes in) institutional service standards, products and procedures for effective communication to (potential) clients.
Ensure that communication with clients is complete and prompt.
Assess market potential and propose generic solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
2. Reporting and Presentations
Timely preparation and submission of:
Call reports every week.
Other reports as shall be defined by Supervisor
