1. Monitor and patrol premises: Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.

2. Control access: Check and verify the identification of visitors, employees, and vehicles entering the premises.

3. Protect property and assets: Safeguard company assets against theft, vandalism, and damage.

4. Observe and report: Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.

5. Respond to emergencies: Act quickly to emergencies such as fire, medical issues, or alarms and follow safety protocols.

6. Maintain order: Prevent unauthorized gatherings, disturbances, or misconduct on company property.

7. Inspect security systems: Ensure alarms, CCTV, fire extinguishers, and lighting systems are functioning properly.

8. Keep daily reports: Record incidents, observations, and security activities in daily logbooks or reports.

9. Escort and assist personnel: Provide escort services for staff, visitors, or contractors when necessary.

10. Enforce company policies:  Ensure compliance with safety and security rules and report violations to management.
