1. Minimum of a Senior High School (SHS) Certificate. A Diploma or higher qualification is an added advantage. 2. At least two(2) years of experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a related field. 3. Experience in a security control room will be a great advantage. 4. Strong observation and attention to detail. 5. Ability to remain alert and focused during long monitoring periods. 6. Good written and verbal communication skills. 7. Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate CCTV monitoring software. 8. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 9. Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly during emergencies. 10.Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

A  leading private security company committed to providing professional security solutions to its clients is seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and technology-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Monitor.

• Monitor live CCTV surveillance systems and identify suspicious or unusual activities.


• Report security incidents promptly to the Control Room Supervisor or Operations Team.


• Maintain continuous surveillance of assigned cameras and ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly.


• Record and document incidents accurately in the occurrence log.


• Retrieve and review CCTV footage when required for investigations.


• Escalate emergencies and coordinate with response teams where necessary.


• Ensure confidentiality of all surveillance footage and information.


• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports as required.


• Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and client requirements.
