- Set up effective process(es) to oversee/coordinate/consolidate all existing CX initiatives across nests and build a regular reporting tool/system on CX initiatives & their impact to the rest of the team
- Project manage to ensure excellent implementation of call center & ambassador program & other customer centered initiative across nests
- Contribute to the content & success of Customer Service Training project - Ensure the implementation & training of the outcome of Customer Service project
- Own the internal publication of Customer Experience Playbook
- Work on a structured DP engagement strategy with HSI and HSI support
- Hold RISA relationship to ensure smooth roll out of ePOD
- Hold home delivery stakeholder management - Initial evaluation of Ambassador program by end of year
- Create metrics for customer care evaluation based on qualitative data, call center data (Work with Siqi)
