Minimum 5 years’ experience Should be from Structural Steel industry having extensive exposure on CNC structural manufacturing machine. OEE of the equipment/CNC programming must have worked with FICEP Blasting/Beam Drill/SAW/ANGLE Line/GEMINI/Kronos machines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Practical understanding of working with the machine to improve efficiency 


• Following of SOP, work instructions, and OPL Estimation of hours required for projects and production 


• Co ordinating with the Supervisor for the release of drawings. 


• Preparation of department MIS reports

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Material profile measurement w.r.t nesting sheet Alignment of plate to machine reference 


• Selection of plasma Ampere w.r.t plate thickness and updating of the same in setup parameters Operating of machine and various functions, working with Arianna/Minosse software. 


• Plasma life monitoring and setting of machine parameters 


• Checking of SOD clearance. 


• Troubleshooting of machine and general alarms. KAIZEN,5S/GEMBA/TBT.


• Working with WINCN FICEP Machine communication software. 
  Should be proficient in working with windows operating system
