Applicant must live in Teshie, Accra or its environs. Must have a background in education preferably Early Childhood Education. Recently completed graduates and National Service personnel who completed Early Childhood Education courses can also apply. Part qualified candidates must be willing to continue their studies as is required by the Teaching Council to enable them get their Licentiate
Applicant must be able to use initiative, be creative, work under little or no supervision.
Applicant must have experience of working with and love for children of pre-school age
Core competency skills:- must have good organizational and Analytical skills. Be a good communicator with good interpersonal skills
Employer willing to train the right candidate who must be IT literate or willing to learn.

Role: 

⦁ To prepare weekly plans from the termly curriculum forecasts

⦁ To be able to maintain records, track children’s progress and report to parents 

⦁ To plan, prepare and deliver fun, exciting and interesting lessons using a variety of teaching methods using both the indoor and outdoor environment

⦁ To be able to communicate both verbally and written with management and Parents

⦁ To prepare digital homework, upload onto school's digital platform

⦁ Be able to collaborate with other teachers to complete a task, share ideas

⦁ Provide a safe, clean stimulating environment that facilitates learning

⦁ Any other duties as requested by Management
