Eston IT College seeks a passionate and experienced CompTIA A+ and Network+ Instructor to deliver top-notch training programs and support students in achieving industry-recognized certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate engaging training sessions for CompTIA A+ and Network+ certification courses, combining theory with practical hands-on experience.


• Develop and update course materials to align with CompTIA certification objectives and industry standards.


• Provide mentorship and support to students to ensure certification success.


• Conduct troubleshooting labs, hardware/software setups, and networking simulations to enhance student learning.


• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and certification changes to ensure program relevance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must possess CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certifications (additional IT certifications are a plus).


• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Proven technical expertise in hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.


• Excellent communication and teaching skills.


• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support, networking, or related fields.


• Prior experience in training or instructional roles is highly preferred.
