Certification in UCMAS Instruction (mandatory). Minimum of a First Degree in Education, Mathematics, Early Childhood Education, or related field. At least 3 years of experience teaching UCMAS or working in a similar mental math instruction role. Strong numeracy and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate students and make mental arithmetic fun and engaging.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated UCMAS Instructor to lead and deliver engaging abacus and mental arithmetic training sessions for students. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching the UCMAS program in a manner that enhances cognitive development, improves concentration, and builds numerical confidence among learners.

• Deliver UCMAS (Universal Concept of Mental Arithmetic System) training to students in accordance with the program's standards and methodologies.


• Prepare engaging lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to different learning styles and paces.


• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and school administration.


• Foster a fun, interactive, and disciplined classroom environment that promotes learning.


• Track and maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.


• Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to integrate UCMAS techniques across core subjects when appropriate.
