Responsibilities for this position include:
1) Sell tickets.
2) Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints.
3) Exceptional processing of tickets, be it new issues, refunds or 3) Exchanges, including all calculations.
4) Supervising internal ticketing operations, including staff.
5) Providing world-class phone and email customer service.
You must also have a fair knowledge of World Geography, excellent English Language communication skills - spoken/written, the ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
