An officer is ridiculed and subsequently framed when he suggests an intricate plan to conduct clandestine nuclear tests. Years pass, and a new prime minister comes into power. India is compelled to show nuclear power in a world full of nuclear superpowers, the new Prime minister gives the officer a chance to work on his previous plan and gather a team to set up an installation in the dessert area of Pokhran, Rajasthan. Plagued by US and Pakistani spies, the mission faces an uphill battle.

A greedy oil magnate, Mr Malhotra, wants to take over a piece of land belonging to a legendary Punjabi family, where a sacred tree is situated. Defiant, the matriarch of the area refuses to let Malhotra further pollute the area by rejecting his offer to buy the land for double the value.
In a fight with Rakha, one of Malhotra’s men, the matriarch’s son ends up getting powers from the tree. Thus, the flying Jatt was born. Unfortunately, Rakha too receives powers and chooses to use them for evil intent.
Rakha terrorises the city and does everything the greedy Malhotra commands him to do. It is now up to the flying Jatt to fight this evil force that ruins the land and everyone’s future.

Ishanvi is a young yet mature girl who loves her parents. However, her world comes crashing down when her mother dies in an accident and her father is wrongly accused for her mother’s murder and is subsequently jailed.
Anupriya, a simple, traditional lady, takes Ishanvi in and gives her a home. Ishanvi ends up believing that Anupriya is responsible for her suffering, assuming that Anupriya was her father’s mistress.
Ishanvi has burning rage and wants to avenge her mother’s death. Soon enough, Ishanvi learns that Anupriya was actually her father’s first wife and her mother was the mistress.
Ishanvi finds herself not only in the wrong but also feels responsible for Anupriya’s suffering and wants to make it up to her. So begins their bitter-sweet relationship.
