Speaking on Showbiz A-Z hosted by Kwame Dadzie, Baba Sadiq who is currently contesting the parliamentary primaries of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) disputed claims that the 3Music Awards cannot be held this year because it is financially handicapped.

“It will be unfair to preempt the answer. Our new CEO Rashidatu Abdulai is fully on top and in charge and I know a few of the things that they are planning and some of the things that they are doing. And so I really would like them to take it off from there.

“There will be a communication. What I can say is that obviously between now and the next few weeks, there will be a communication in that regard. I know the team has been working around the clock to ensure that it happens but let’s all wait for the communication that will come for the team,” he added.
