Taylor Swift is the leading nominee for the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which are set to air live from Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles on Thursday, March 26, on Fox. Swift has nine nominations, followed closely by Bad Bunny, Sabrina Carpenter and Alex Warren, with eight each.
Swift’s nominations include artist of the year, an award she won in each of the last two years. This year, she is competing in that category with Bunny, Benson Boone, Chris Brown, Jelly Roll, Kendrick Lamar, Lady Gaga, Morgan Wallen, Carpenter and Tate McRae.
Boone, who won song of the year at last year’s show with “Beautiful Things,” is nominated in that category again this year with “Sorry I’m Here for Someone Else.” Swift, who won in the category with “Shake It Off” (2015) and “Anti-Hero” (2023), is nominated with “The Fate of Ophelia.” SZA, who won for “Kill Bill” (2024), is nominated with “luther,” her smash collab with Kendrick Lamar. The other nominees in the category are Doechii’s “Anxiety,” Shaboozey’s “Good News,” Wallen’s “Love Somebody,” Carpenter’s “Manchild,” Leon Thomas’ “MUTT,” Warren’s “Ordinary” and Myles Smith’s “Stargazing.”
The 13th annual iHeartRadio Music Awards will celebrate the most-played artists and songs on iHeartRadio stations and the iHeartRadio app throughout 2025, while also offering a preview of the upcoming hits of 2026. The nominations include three new categories: favorite TikTok dance, favorite debut album and favorite K-pop collab.
Fan voting will determine the winners in 11 categories: favorite Broadway debut, favorite TikTok dance, favorite debut album, best lyrics, best music video, favorite on screen, favorite tour photographer, favorite soundtrack, favorite tour style, favorite tour tradition and favorite K-pop collab. Social voting begins today, Jan. 8, and will close on March 19 at 11:59 p.m. PT for all categories. Fans can vote by visiting iHeartRadio.com/awards.
The two-hour show will air March 26 from 8-10 p.m. ET live / tape-delayed on the West Coast on Fox. The event will also be heard on iHeartRadio stations nationwide and on the iHeartRadio app. The host, special award recipients, performers and presenters will be announced at a later date.
In addition to the categories that were announced today, additional categories will be unveiled later, including label of the year and individual winners for album of the year in pop, country, alternative, rock, dance, hip-hop, R&B, Latin and regional Mexican.
