President John Dramani Mahama on Monday sent a message of condolence to the Brazilian President, Dilma Vana Rousseff, the Brazillian government and families of the 230 people who lost their lives in the nightclub fire.
A statement signed by the Presidential Spokesperson, Mr John Abdulai Jinapor, copied to the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Accra, quoted the President as saying that "for a nation to lose so many of its citizens, especially young and university students, is a serious tragedy that can affect its human resource".
The message mourned with all who lost a relation, friend or loved one in the 'Kiss Night Club' fire, and expressed on behalf of the Government and people of Ghana condolences to the families of the victims.
