Sources close to the family said that Sasidharan was not in terms with his wife and this had forced him to commit suicide. The police have recovered a suicide note which strengthened the allegation of his relatives.
Sasidharan, who served at various police station in the city, was staying with wife Asha and three-year-old son Raju at Balaramapuram. On Sunday evening he came to his ancestral house at Vandanoor, reportedly following a dispute with his wife.
