Eighteen pupils of the Presbyterian Primary School at Asuboa South near Akim Oda have been given bags for their brilliant academic performance.
Making the presentation Madam Comfort Nkansah, a citizen of the town, said she gave the bags and one school uniform on behalf of her children.
She said her children were of the view that the pupils were the future leaders of the country, hence the need to support them.
Mad Nkansah said her children would offer scholarship to pupils of the School who took their studies seriously.
The Rev Kofi Opoku-Gyamfi, the Headteacher of the School, appealed to well-to-do people in area to contribute to the development of the School.
