Houston parents Clista and Jay Graff say police aren't filing charges against a man who crashed his truck into their sons' bedroom.
The boys, ages 9 and 11, were not injured.
The Graffs said witnesses to the recent accident told of the F350 crew-cab truck flying into the air before slamming into their house at 65 mph, KRIV, Houston, reported Monday.
"I thought the worst. I thought my kids were dead," Clista Graff said.
"And then these two little heads pop up," Jay Graff said. "They said 'Hey Dad we're OK.'"
Before being taken to a hospital, the 50-year-old driver of the truck told at least three people how many drinks he'd had and the name of the bar he came from, the broadcaster reported.
He apparently also said he suffered a diabetic seizure, the report said.
The Graffs said police told them they couldn't charge the driver with anything because they had no probable cause.
They have complained to police supervisors and the district attorney's office but so far nothing no action has been taken against the driver.
There was no word on exactly when the accident occurred.
