A magistrate's court at Bibiani, has granted 1,000 Ghana Cedis bail to Francis Eshun, a 37-year-old driver, for careless and inconsiderate driving.
He pleaded guilty to the charge.
Police Inspector Lucky Goglomi, told the court, presided over by Mr. Osei Kofi Amoako that Samuel Gboblegbe, the complainant, was driving a Man Diesel tipper truck from Kumasi to Sefwi Sawaa.
Prosecution said the accused was also driving an Iveco articulated truck loaded with bauxite from Sefwi Awaso to Bibiani.
Police Inspector Goglomi said on reaching Sefwi-Anhwiaso, the accused drove carelessly veering off his lane and collided with the complainant's vehicle.
Prosecution told the court that Kwabena Annin, who was on board the complainant's vehicle, sustained various degrees of injuries and was admitted to the Bibiani Government Hospital.
